Trade terms/ order information

Prices and delivery charges

All prices contain sales taxes. In addition to the commodity price we add (depending on form of payment and country) a lump sum for delivery and C.O.D. service. The delivery charges and the resulting overall price are calculated in the consumer basket. You will see the total invoice amount before you approve the order.

In principle we deliver in Germany and the EU-countries (other countries on request).

Range & conclusion of contract

The description of the products in the online-shop is not legally binding but a noncommittal online catalogue. All ranges apply while stocks last if there is nothing else noted for the product. Errors excepted. By clicking the button “order” at the end of the order process you automatically agree to bindingly buy the products contained in your customer basket. An automated email will inform you and confirm the correct entry of your orders. With the arrival of this email is the purchasing agreement binding.

Consignor

We can only handle your order if you state your full address. The declaration of your telephone number is optional, but it helps us to simplify further inquiries. Orders with a C.O.D. service must declare a telephone number in order to simplify the delivery.

Delivery period

You’ll receive the ordered articles as quickly as possible. One to five workdays after we received your order the products will be delivered. Our parcel service delivers the products in between one or three workdays. Slight delays in the delivery are possible, but they are out of our influence.

If a product is out-of-stock or temporarily not available we will inform you as soon as possible and discuss the further handling with you (cancellation or replacement). If not all ordered products are available at the same time we have the right of part-deliveries on our costs- if this is reasonable for you. We have the right to withdraw from the contract if the ordered product is not available because our deliverer failed to stock us with it. In this case we will inform you immediately and where applicable we will supply you with a similar product. If no similar product is available or you don’t agree to a delivery of a similar product then we will replace rewards you already paid.

Payment

The payment of the products happens as prepayment (bank transfer or paypal), bill (for orders per invoice we charge a fee of 3,00 €) credit card or debit. If you pay with credit card or debit we will collect the amount of the bill three days after delivery. Please do not send any money, cheques or stamps. We assume no liability.

Data privacy

We use your private data only for the transaction of your order. Furthermore the delivery service will be supplied with all necessary data (name, address, eventually telephone number in order to set a date/time for delivery). For the settlement of payment we will give the data to the bank. If you sign in for the newsletter we will safe your email-address and use it for terms of advertisements until you sign out of the newsletter. If you do not sign in for the newsletter we will not use your data for advertisements. We will not pass the data to other third parties. With the complete transaction of the contract and complete payment of the purchase price we will block your data from further use and deleted according to fiscal and commercial instructions.

You have a right for complimentary information about your saved data as well as a right for correction, deletion or a blockage of the data. As the case may be you have explicitly given your approval to the following paragraph in the course of the purchase order. We inform you that you always have the possibility to step back from this approval (being valid for the future).

Hereby I / we give the permission to safe contact information digitally for purposes of contact and administration, to safe the information for future log-ins and to use the data for advertisement (e.g. newsletter).

You can always dissent from the approval above (e.g. by using the corresponding link in the newsletter). Your data are not passed to any third party except the delivery company.

Cookies

On some pages we make use of cookies in order to make our homepage more attractive or to allow the usage of distinct features. Cookies are small text files which will be saved on your computer. The majority of the cookies used on our pages will be deleted from your hard-disk directly after you finished the browser session. Other cookies remain on your computer so that we recognize you as a user the next time you enter our homepage (‘permanent cookie’). Please also read the following paragraph about Google Analytics. In the course of partner programs it might be the case that persistent cookies are saved in order to attribute eventual demands for commission- however, these cookies do not save any personal data. Right to return

Consumers have the possibility to return ordered products without giving reasons within the scope of two weeks.

Cancellation instruction

Right to return

You have the possibility to return the products within two weeks. The period begins with the reception of the written form of the cancellation instruction (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail), but not before the customer actually received the product (in case of part-deliveries the first delivery counts) and not before we accomplished our information liability according to § 312 subparagraph 2 Civil Code in connection with § 1 subparagraph 1, 2 and 4 Civil Code InfoV as well as our liabilities according to § 312e subparagraph 1Civil Code in connection with 3 Civil Code-InfoV. In case of products that cannot be delivered as a packet (e.g. voluminous goods) you might declare the demand to return in written form. The dispatch in time or the declaration to demand a return is sufficient to keep the deadline. We are in charge of the return consignment in any case. The goods will be collected at your address.

Consequences of return

In case of an operative return the mutual costs must be refunded and benefits must be released. In case of the worsening of the goods the company can demand compensation. This is not valid in case that the worsening happened during a product control- as it might occur in a store. You can avoid the obligation of compensation and the worsening of the product by accurate usage, by omitting anything that could affect the product and by not using the product as if it was your property. Obligations to reimburse transfers must be complied in 30 days. For the customer the deadline starts with dispatch, for us the deadline begins with receipt.

End of cancellation instruction

In order to avoid fees, please stamp adequately. Do not return freight forward. We will refund postage immediately.

Refunds from non-EU-countries imply cancellation fees (duty) being at your charge.

Service

Guarantee

Guarantee follows legal instructions; in case of defective products we will deliver in addition or improve. If improvements fail or if the later delivered product(s) is (are) defective again you have the right to return the product(s) and to claim a payback of the entire price or you keep the product(s) and reduce the price.

The product documentation contains information about (possible) manufacturer’s warranty.

Salvatorius clause

If any policy of these business conditions or another policy in the frame of another settlement should be or get void in whole or in part then the efficiency other policies or settlements will not be affected.
